Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please consider using a shipping option that is trackable as we cannot guarantee delivery back to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please send us a photograph of the damaged item to hello.samarascents@gmail.com within 5 days and we will replace the item.
